Offshore Sailing – From Belgium to Ramsgate

Unelever and its winning students from the Solvay Business Game crossed the English Channel.
Not an easy experience for everyone, but a lot of smiles at the arrival in Ramsgate.
And many positive feedbacks from the whole team. A challenging day for a young and dynamic group.

Team Sailing - October 2024

The Luxembourg School of Business has been organizing a sailing and coaching day every two years since 2020. Accompanied by our UNISK coaches, students learn to respond as the leaders of tomorrow in an uncertain environment. Sailing defines their comfort zone, and they gain invaluable lessons that leave a lasting impact on their future careers in business.

Regatta Sailing

Light conditions in the morning for a training on our competition sailing boats. The five racing yachts made of carbon are light enough to move even in light winds. After a sandwich lunch onboard, the wind comes up and boats heel much more for a fantastic regatta. End of the day on the beach for a sunny barbecue in collaboration with People First Management.

Sadel's top management spent a day at sea on our high-performance racing sailboats, experiencing the thrill of match racing. It was the perfect opportunity to step away from daily operations and gain fresh strategic perspectives together. A dynamic day that strengthened team bonds and sparked new ideas.

The executive committee of EDF Luminus came one day in our private sailing club of Knokke to experiment our beach olympic games and VIP Road Trophy in Knokke.
