SUR DES VOILIERS
Prenez le contrôle d'un voilier avec votre équipe !
FlexiSailing organise des team building voile pour les entreprises sur des voiliers de compétition et de croisière. Un concept participatif qui permet à votre équipe de prendre en main leurs voiliers après une courte initiation. Chacun se spécialise sur un rôle spécifique à bord pour ensuite communiquer avec l’équipage et devenir de plus en plus indépendant et performant sur le voilier. Aucune expérience n’est nécessaire. La plupart des participants découvrent la voile lors de nos team building voile.
